Cancellations & Refunds Policy
Standard sales Terms & Conditions apply
Treatments purchased in clinic or online by you through the Upper Skin Clinic online store are governed by Upper Skin Clinic’s Conditions of Use, Privacy Policy, and this Cancellation and Refund Policy.
Treatments purchased either in clinic or online are non-transferable, in whole or in part, to other individuals or treatment areas.
When a pre-paid treatment package is purchased, additional discounts or promotional offers may apply. To ensure all discounts are reflected in the package price, payment must be made in full at the time of purchase. By proceeding with the purchase, the client acknowledges and agrees that the fee paid for the prepaid package is non-refundable, including in cases where the client’s personal circumstances change, they can no longer attend, or they choose to discontinue their treatment package.
For pre-paid treatment packages that include multiple treatment areas, all areas must be treated during the same appointment. If the client is unable to treat all or any of the areas on the day, that session will be forfeited.
Pre-paid packages are not transferable for cash.
All cosmetic aesthetic appointments require a deposit—$50 for wrinkle reduction treatments and $100 for dermal enhancement treatments—to secure a booking with our Medical Professional. This deposit is redeemable on the day of treatment. If the appointment is cancelled, rescheduled within 72 business hours, or not attended for any reason, the deposit will be forfeited.
A minimum of 72 business hours’ notice (excluding Sundays and public holidays) is required for any appointment cancellations or changes. Failure to provide adequate notice or attend the appointment will result in the pre-paid treatment being voided.
Upper Skin Clinic does not offer refunds for change of mind.
At Upper Skin Clinic, we are committed to offering a selection of high-quality, results-driven skincare products. Due to health and hygiene regulations, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges on any product purchases, including but not limited to skincare, supplements, or cosmetics, once they have left the clinic.
Please choose your products carefully. If you are unsure about a product or its suitability for your skin, our team is here to assist you with all queries and a personalised plan before purchase.
This policy is in place to ensure the safety and integrity of our selected product range and for all our clients. We appreciate your understanding and support.
All purchases made at Upper Skin Clinic are non-refundable. By booking a service, purchasing a product or package, you acknowledge and accept this no-refund policy.
In very rare and exceptional circumstances, at the sole discretion of Upper Skin Clinic management, a refund may be approved. In such cases, a 10% administration fee will be deducted from the total amount refunded to cover administrative costs. Additionally, a discounted package that has already been partially used, the amount deducted will be based on the full (non-discounted) price of the services used, not the discounted rate.
Refunds will be issued only where required in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.
If a client chooses not to proceed with the full treatment on the day of their appointment—or is unable to due to factors such as lateness, fake tan, or recent sun exposure—they will still be charged for the full treatment allocated to that appointment.
Full payment is required at the time of booking for any promotional offers.
Promotional pricing does not apply to existing bookings and will only be honoured for new bookings made and paid during the promotional period.
Promotional pricing applies only to the treatments specified in the promotion. It excludes all other treatments and products listed on Upper Skin Clinic’s website, app, or treatment and pricing guide.
All pre-paid packages and treatments are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
Upper Skin Clinic’s medical practitioners and technicians reserve the right to determine the most suitable treatment for each client and may refuse to perform a treatment if deemed inappropriate. This decision is at the sole discretion of the Upper Skin Clinic practitioner or technician.
